The service
Sammera listens to support calls, transcribes the agent and the customer, and suggests steps from the organisation's own documentation. It is a desktop app for Windows, a web app and a database, run by Revly AB, org. no. 559487-1419, Genvägen 9, 146 40 Tullinge, Sweden.
A pilot
- Sammera is in a pilot with a small group of users. Features change, and some are unfinished.
- The service is provided as is. We promise no availability, response times or uptime.
- Suggestions and summaries are written by a language model and can be wrong. Check them before you act on them or paste them into a ticket.
- Keep your own copy of anything you cannot do without.
Recording and transcribing calls
- The organisation decides to record and transcribe its calls, and is responsible for doing so lawfully.
- It needs a legal basis for processing callers' personal data, and must tell callers at the start of the call that it is recorded and transcribed.
- It decides in its settings how long transcripts are kept and who in the organisation sees them.
- Audio files saved on an agent's computer are the organisation's to look after and delete.
Acceptable use
- Use Sammera only for your organisation's support calls.
- Do not try to reach another organisation's data, get around access controls or overload the service.
- Do not upload documentation you have no right to use.
- Each account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself.
Closing an account
- You can stop using Sammera at any time. Write to us and we delete your account.
- An owner can delete the organisation. That deletes its calls, transcripts, documentation, settings and memberships at once. We keep only a note of which organisation was deleted, by whom and when.
- We can suspend or close an account or an organisation that breaks these terms, and we can end the pilot. We tell you by email first, unless a breach means we have to act at once.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Revly AB is not liable for indirect loss, lost data or lost profit from using the pilot.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
Changes
We may change these terms. We update the date at the top, and email account holders before a change that matters applies.
Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
