Finding the fix

Without Sammera: The caller waits while you search the wiki and old tickets for a page that might exist.

With Sammera: The steps are on screen after one click, with the page they came from.

Documentation gaps

Without Sammera: The same question comes up again, and nobody writes the answer down.

With Sammera: Every question without an answer is saved, with a draft for the missing page.

After the call

Without Sammera: The ticket is written from memory while the next call is already ringing.

With Sammera: The ticket is drafted. Read it, paste it and take the next call.

Set up with what your team already knows

Sammera has no script of its own. The questions and the answers are the ones your team already uses.

Your checklist

The standard questions every call should cover. You write them, and change them whenever you like.

  • Are you on the office network or at home?
  • Is it only you, or are others affected?
  • When did it last work?
  • What does the error message say?
  • What have you tried yourself so far?

Your documentation

Imported from Word, PDF, PowerPoint, OneNote, Confluence or Notion, or written in Sammera.

  • Troubleshooting guides for VPN, wifi and printers
  • Procedures for accounts and passwords
  • How to order and set up new equipment
  • Known problems and their workarounds
  • When to escalate, and to whom

See what people call about that nobody has written down

The overview shows which procedures are used and which questions had no answer, so you know which page to write next.

What IT helpdesks ask

Does it work with our ticket system?

Yes, with any of them. The ticket draft is ready to copy when the call ends and you paste it in. Sammera never writes to your systems.

Our procedures contain passwords. What happens to them?

Passwords, IP addresses, email addresses and phone numbers are removed when you import, before anything is saved. In the editor you can also hide a value so it never reaches the AI.

Do callers need to be told?

Yes. Tell callers at the start of the call that it is transcribed. Audio is not kept unless you turn it on.

Try it on your own helpdesk calls

Free for 30 days or 300 calls, with Sammera's AI included. Import a few procedures and try it on your next call.
